Green Human Resource Management—A Synthesis

Green HRM involves a variety of organizational policies, practices, and processes that encourage the use environmentally friendly methods could be advantageous to individual, business, environment. Based on systematic review empirical articles collected from Scopus, study identified analyzed 31 studies published since 2010. The current was undertaken identify various factors measuring tools GHRM. Ability–Motivation–Opportunity (AMO) theory methodology, A few include Recruitment selection, Training Development, compensation management, performance Employee empowerment participation, relations. present research has thus opened fresh avenues for future studies. In addition, presents different perspectives suggestions facilitate inclusion sustainability initiatives in agenda.
